Flashdealstravel live in Jun2012 until 31 Dec 2013, re-launch 2 times never got booking, why?
- marketing is not strong , can not bring traffic like they keep promising, it is not their fault they still also learning...otherwise their will be top marketing director of Top class OTA online Travel Agent
-IT team took altogether more than 12 months to launch and re-launch with 2 different teams, one 2 guys from Thailand and one team in Ukraine
- We have limited of fund, I think altogether with this 2 years project we burn around 66,000 USD which burning rate per month it is not bad..but what the lesson we got..???
- The team has less communicate we should communicate more than one email per month! we lost the track then.
- The IT guy didnt run the company..one of those guy should have a good proper stake in company and we or she should have IT knowledge plus motivation, plus being more creative

-mistake mistake mistake, my brain remember this i lost in 6 months 500,000 bht due to I bought when market is high at 1600 and now SET down to 1260 ^_^! when I bought BTS, KTB i thought well if I was buy now, the SET will go up and I will miss my opportunity , worng! again! and I accepted , I have learnt so far the time to buy in Stock market in Thailand still have a long way to go due to our politic is not stable yet!
Now I wish I can turn back time and have 1.5 mil bht onhand to buy all those cheap stock today
I would buy BTS, KTB, BH (Bamrungrat Hospital), SCB Bank..they are so cheap like unbelievable
I am sure in 10 years time, my compounding rate will be up to 20%-30% per year if I bought this time at

SCB 132.5 bht
BH 82.5 bht
I have learn a lot..I am sure this experience I will never forget..
